About Us
At Lincoln Avenue Self Storage, our customers are our first priority, so we do everything we can to maintain a secure facility and provide outstanding customer service. We offer both indoor and outdoor storage units, although we’re mostly an indoor facility. The few large driveup units (10 Only) are all rented and we will list these if one becomes available.
Our facility is fully secure with state-of-the-art features to ensure the utmost protection of your items. We have a fire protection system, perimeter fencing, controlled gate entry, 24-hour video monitoring, and each unit is individually alarmed.
We’ve never had a theft at Lincoln Avenue Self Storage.
We are different then other storage facilities in three ways.

The grounds of the facility are always clean and our driveways are wide for easy access. The freight elevator is located right at the access point so going in or up are virtually the same thing so many prefer to go up for price savings. For easy loading and unloading, we offer 4 wheel flat bed carts, and our wonderful elevator is big...freight size!

If you really care about what you're placing in storage and want to protect against theft, water and critters, there is no place better than Lincoln Ave. Self Storage. Meticulously clean, well lit, extremely well managed by Doug who does not miss a single detail or opportunity to bless his clients. The rolling carts are plentiful and kept in good repair and make for convenient and easy transfers.
A word about the homeless folks that live in the nearby area. Doug has gone above and beyond to reach out to them, treat them with dignity and respect and help them to be good neighbors of Lincoln Ave. Self Storage. There is no adversarial relationship with them whatsoever, just kindness with clear boundaries so customers can feel safe and we can all coexist peacefully. Doug is an inspiration but his approach is also great for business. Highly recommend!“

Superb service. Lincoln Self Storage really went out of their way to accommodate me. They kept in contact and were easy to communicate with. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to move in and out of. Dollies are provided to move storage items. I highly recommend.“

When my Dad died in 2021, he left me his home in San Jose, and I needed a storage unit to place items until we could move them out to Florida. Lincoln Ave Self Storage was nearby, and Doug was incredibly helpful in getting us set up in the short window of time we had. We always felt safe and completely secure when loading, unloading, and making trips to the storage facility. It’s clean, well-lit, and easily accessible, with clean bathrooms (a definite plus!) For the size unit we secured, pricing was more than fair, and we never worried about the security of our belongings, which is absolutely crucial when living cross-country. I wholeheartedly recommend this company. Ask for Doug - he’s the best!Our Location is:

Lincoln Avenue Self Storage has a super location. We are right after Coe Ave coming out of Willow Glen Proper on the right hand side.
From Ranchtown Recycle which is close; go one big block towards Willow Glen on the other side of the street.
We share the parking lot with Mr. T’s Liquor Locker.
We are directly accross the street from the end of Paula St that runs into
910 Lincon Avenue.
Driving Directions
From Downtown San Jose, CA:
- Take 280 north and take Race St/Southwest Expressay exit
- Keep right, follow signs for Race Street/Meridian Avenue
- Turn left onto Race St and go under freeway
- Turn left onto Paula St until it runs into Lincoln Ave
- Lincoln Avenue Self Storage will be straight across the street
From Cupertino, CA:
- Get on I-280 S
- Take 280 towards downtown San Jose
- Take Meridian exit east 2nd option
- From Meridian go right on Parkmoor
- On Parkmoor go two lights and end at Lincoln
- Go right on Lincoln about two blocks
- Lincoln Ave Self Storage will be on the left
From Los Gatos, CA:
- Take 17 east towards San Jose exit 280 south
- Take 280 south towards downtown San Jose
- Take Meridian exit east 2nd option loop around
- First light is Parkmoor go right
- Go two lights until you hit Lincoln (Parkmoor ends at Lincoln)
- Go right on Lincoln about two blocks
- Lincoln Ave Self Storage will be on the left next to Mr T's Liquor
From Santa Clara, CA:
- From near 880, Take 880 towards 280 exit 280 south
- Using 280 south towards downtown take Meridian exit
- Take Meridian east 2nd option loop around towards downtown
- First light is Parkmoor make a right
- Go two lights until you come to Lincoln (Parkmoor ends)
- Turn right onto Lincoln Ave go about two blocks
