Lincoln Avenue Self Storage is located at 910 Lincoln Ave, San Jose, CA 95126. We are located in the Willow Glen area between Coe and Highway 280.
When do I have access to my storage unit?
Access your storage unit everyday of the year 7 AM to 7 PM.
Am I required to store long-term?
We rent on a month-to-month basis.
How do I make payments online correctly?
You have to enter your code differently than to enter the building. no * and no #; so 8 digits, your unit number first then your code.
If you have two units, use the first one you rented or call us to put one code you like for the website. You can pay both units with your
one online account.
How do I make my monthly payments?
You can make your monthly payments electronically two ways: online using a debit or credit card (including Amex & Discover) or you can simply call the office during business hours to make your payments.
We also accept checks by mail or in the office and you can pay cash in the office.
What security features do you offer?
Our facility is under 24-hour video surveillance, fully fenced and gated with computer-controlled gate entry. In addition, our units are individually alarmed and we have a fire protection system.
Are there any additional fees?
There are no administrative or up-front fees. No mandatory insurance fees either.
Do I need my own lock?
We provide a heavy-duty lock at no cost with every rental.
